Setting Up Single Sign-On (SSO) with Your Identity Provider

Qarrot supports SSO using OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML 2.0.

Updated this week

Single Sign-On (SSO) allows your employees to access Qarrot using your organization’s existing identity provider (IdP), such as Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, Auth0, or others. This simplifies login, improves security, and reduces friction for end users.

What You’ll Need Before Getting Started

To set up SSO, you’ll need:

  • An identity provider that supports OIDC or SAML 2.0

  • An IT or Identity Admin who can configure applications in your IdP

  • About 15–30 minutes to gather configuration details

Step 1: Complete the SSO Intake Form

We use a short intake form to collect the information required to configure SSO for your organization.

👉 SSO Intake Form: https://forms.gle/2VwhroHrbu21WWoH7

The form is identity-provider agnostic and works for any IdP. It will ask for:

  • Your identity provider name

  • The SSO protocol you plan to use (OIDC or SAML)

  • Application credentials and endpoints from your IdP

Note: We recommend completing this form with your IT or Identity team.

Step 2: Testing & Go-Live

After completing the form:

  1. Our team will review your setup

  2. We’ll coordinatea go-live date and a test login with you

  3. Once confirmed, SSO will be enabled for your organization

From that point on, users will be able to log in using your identity provider credentials.
