This article is for the Super Admin and Admins.

If an employee shows the status 'Pending' in Manage > Employees, it means they haven't verified their email address yet and aren't actively participating in your program. 

If the employee can't find the original 'Welcome' email they were sent when invited to join Qarrot, you have the possibility as an Admin to resend the activation email! 

Just follow these steps:

1. First, make sure the employee's email is correctly spelled. 

2. Click on the three-dot symbol next to the employee's name.

3. Select 'Resend Activation' and confirm.

A new activation email will be instantly sent to the employee, by clicking it, he/she will be able to create a password and log into their account.

If the employee has difficulties receiving the activation email, Admins have the possibility to copy their activation link and share it with them directly.
