Same-person recognition limit is the maximum number of times 'Employee A' can recognize 'Employee B' each calendar month. The purpose of the same-person recognition limit is to safeguard against any potential favoritism amongst employees and ensure that everyone is recognized for wins both big and small.

As a Super Admin you have the ability to set the Recognition limit ;

1. From Organization, select Settings

2. Under the subsection Home, select Employee to employee recognition

Note: Ensure that you have Employee to Employee Recognition enabled

3. Use the arrows in the 'Set same person monthly recognition' selector to set your same person recognition limit

4. Once you have decided on a same-person recognition limit, click Save Changes
