You can automatically celebrate employees' yearly work anniversaries under
Manage > Milestones
Note : In order to receive a work anniversary award, employees must record their first date of employment in their profile before their anniversary.
Select 'Create Work Anniversary Award', then complete the following:
1. Name - give your work anniversary award a name
2. Message - add a celebratory message that will apply to all employee anniversaries
3. Badge - select the badge that will represent the anniversary award
4. Bonus Points - add the number of bonus points the employee will receive
5. Click Create Award
Note : Since work anniversary awards are rewarded on a yearly basis, Super Admins only have to create the award one time. Once an anniversary award has been created, the option to 'Create Work Anniversary Award' will no longer populate.
