Help! I can't login.
If you're trying to login to Qarrot but are seeing this article instead of the regular login screen, it's because we've made an update to our login system and you need to do one of the following to access our login page:
Web Browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
If you’re on a web browser, the issue is likely caused by cached data from our old login screen. Try a hard refresh first, which reloads the page without using the cache. If that doesn’t work, clear your cache completely.
Option 1 — Hard Refresh (page-specific):
Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5.
Mac (Chrome/Firefox): Press Command + Shift + R.
Mac (Safari): Press Command + Option + R.
Option 2 — Full Cache Clear (all sites):
Open your browser.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).
Or go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear browsing data.
Select Cached images and files (or Cache in Firefox).
Set the time range to All time (or Everything in Firefox).
Click Clear data (or Clear now).
Refresh the login page.
Mobile (iPhone or Android)
If you’re using the Qarrot mobile app, make sure it’s updated to the latest version. This ensures the correct login screen appears.
Steps:
Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for Qarrot.
Tap Update (if available).
Reopen the app and log in again.
Microsoft Teams (Qarrot app in Teams)
If you’re using Qarrot within Microsoft Teams, the app may need to be reloaded.
Steps:
In Teams, open the Qarrot app.
Click the three-dot menu (top right).
Select Reload app.
If that doesn’t work, fully close and reopen Teams.

Why did we change our login process?
For years, Qarrot has used an authentication service that was great. It worked and we were happy. But as time went on, the provider raised their prices. Eventually, the cost of continuing to work with this provider became unreasonable and we looked for other solutions.
Thankfully, we found Microsoft's B2C service, which provides the same ability to let our users login, reset their passwords, etc. It sounds simple on paper, but authentication is complex and we're happy to be working with a leader like Microsoft to include this service within our platform.
