Understanding the Social Feed Dashboard for program administrators and team leads.

Who can use this dashboard?

  • Administrators can view feed activity for all users

  • Team leads can view feed activity for their own team(s)

The Social Feed Dashboard provides an overview of how employees are engaging with your program through posts, likes, and comments on the social feed.


📊 What You’ll See in the Dashboard

The top section of the dashboard displays key engagement metrics from the social feed:

📝 Posts

Displays the total number of new social feed posts created during the selected timeframe.

  • By Source

    Breaks down total posts into categories:

  • Recognitions

  • Milestones

  • Campaign Awards

  • New Campaigns

  • Announcements

  • Top Posts

    Shows the most liked and commented posts from the selected timeframe.

👍 Likes

Displays the total number of likes on posts during the selected timeframe.

  • Top Likers

    Lists the employees who gave the most likes.

  • Top-Liked Posters

    Lists employees whose posts received the most likes.

💬 Comments

Displays the total number of comments made on posts during the selected timeframe.

  • Top Commenters

    Lists employees who left the most comments.

  • Top-Commented Posters

    Lists employees whose posts received the most comments.


📄 Report: Social Feed Activity

The bottom of the dashboard displays the Social Feed Activity report, which includes every post created during the selected timeframe.

Each entry includes:

  • Author's name, status, role and team(s)

  • Post type

  • Post audience

  • Date

  • Post's associated points and badge(s)

  • Post's message

  • Number of likes and comments

You can filter and export this report for further analysis.
