Understanding the Rewards and Costs Dashboard for program administrators and team leads

At top, this dashboard displays:

  • Funds - Your organization’s current rewards funding account balance.

  • Unspent points value - The aggregate dollar value of all spending points currently available to employees (previously referred to as “Rewards liability”)

  • Redemptions - The total number of rewards redeemed during the selected timeframe.

    • By type - Breaks down the total by reward type: Custom (or ‘company-provided’ rewards), Gift cards, and Donations.

    • Top redeemers - Lists the employees who have redeemed the most rewards.

    • Top rewards - Lists the most redeemed rewards.

  • [Timeframe] cost - Displays the total cost in dollars of all rewards redeemed during the selected timeframe. Does not include custom rewards in this total.

    • By type - Breaks down the total by reward type, excluding custom rewards: Gift cards and Donations.

    • Top spenders - Lists the employees who have spent the most on rewards.

  • Project cost - Displays the estimated cost of rewards for the full calendar year based on a straight-line projection of the average for the previous months.

    • Displays a breakdown of the projected cost of points awarded by source: Birthdays, Work-anniversaries, Service awards, Employee budgets, Team leads budgets, and Custom budgets.

At bottom, this dashboard displays the ‘Rewards redeemed’ report, which lists each reward redemption during the timeframe selected.
