Team leads can view campaign participation for their team members
The Campaigns Dashboard gives you a full overview of campaign performance, participation, and rewards earned across the organization or team.
📊 What You’ll See in the Dashboard
The top section of the dashboard displays key campaign metrics:
📅 Running Campaigns
Shows the total number of Active campaigns during the selected timeframe.
A campaign is considered "Active" if its start and/or end date overlaps with the selected date range.
By Format
Breaks down active campaigns by participation format:
Individual: Users participate on their own (based on the individual's results)
Team: Users participate as members of a team (based on the team's results)
By Payout Type
Breaks down campaigns by how awards are issued:
Automatic: Awards are triggered automatically when results thresholds are met
Manual: Awards are issued by the campaign manager through a manual selection process
🎖 Badges Awarded
Total number of badges awarded to participants during the selected timeframe, either through automatic thresholds or manual awards.
Top Campaigns (by Badges)
Lists the campaigns that have awarded the most badges to participants.
Leading Participants (by Badges)
Shows employees who have received the most badges from campaigns.
🪙 Points Awarded
Total number of points awarded to participants during the selected timeframe.
Top Campaigns (by Points)
Lists campaigns that have awarded the most points.
Leading Participants (by Points)
Shows employees who received the most points from campaign participation.
📄 Report: Campaign Activity
The bottom of the dashboard includes the Campaign Activity report, which lists all campaigns that started during the selected timeframe.
Each entry includes:
Campaign name
Campaign owner/manager
Format and payout type
Start and end date
Status
Points and badges awarded
You can view, filter, and export this report for further analysis.

Any campaign with a start or end date that overlaps with the selected timeframe.
Can I see which campaigns awarded the most points or badges?
Yes, use the Top Campaigns sections—separated by points and badges.
Can I filter the data by team or timeframe?
Yes, use the team selector and timeframe selector at the top of the dashboard.
Can I export the Campaign Activity report?
Yes, reports can be exported in CSV or XLS format.
