Before your employees can redeem their spending points for gift card rewards, you'll need to add sufficient funding to your account.
Note: We load the net amount of the funds received. Please review the options below carefully as each has different costs and delays.
Option 1: Credit card.
The benefit of this option is that the funds are loaded immediately.
Note: We pass along the processing fee of 5% of the transaction value.
1. Login to your Qarrot account.
2. Navigate to the Manage > Funds in the top menu.
3. Select 'Add funds' on the Funding page.
4. Enter the amount of funding you'd like to add and provide your credit card details.
We will automatically post the credit card payment receipt once completed.
Option 2: Bank transfer
Note: This option is currently only available to clients in Canada, funding in CAD.
