You can add funds at any time to your Qarrot Rewards Funding account by going to Manage > Funds and then selecting 'Add funds'.

You can purchase the amount of funding you need with a credit card. Please note that a 5% service charge will be added to all reward funding purchases done by credit card. As soon as you complete the transaction, the funds are available right away and your employees can redeem gift cards.

Note: a notification is sent to all admins when your funding balance runs below $500.

If using a credit card isn't your preferred option, talk to your Qarrot account representative about the possibility of setting up invoicing (generally requires 500 or more employees).
