Understanding the Giving Points Dashboard for program administrators and team leads

At top, this dashboard displays:

  • Points budgeted - The total number of giving points allocated to team leads and employees through budgets during the selected timeframe. This total excludes points given by your program administrators as they do not require budgets in order to award points to employees.

    • Usage - Displays the number of budgeted giving points that were given to employees with recognitions or as campaign awards (when team leads run campaigns for their teams and award points from their giving points budgets as a result).

  • Points given - The total number of points given or awarded to employees during the selected timeframe. Includes points awarded by administrators (for example, through campaigns that are managed by program administrators).

    • By source - Breaks down the total number of points awarded by source: Recognitions, Add-ons (to recognitions), and Campaigns. Points awarded to employees through milestones are not included here.

    • Top givers - Lists the administrators, team leads, and employees who are giving the most points.

  • Insights - Displays the following for the timeframe selected:

    • [Number] points given on average per person

    • [Number] recognitions with points that were sent and received

At bottom, this dashboard displays the ‘Points earned’ report, which lists each transaction that awarded points to an employee within your organization during the timeframe selected.
