Team leads can view data for their own team members
The Spending Points Dashboard provides a complete overview of how points are earned, spent, and held by users in your recognition program.
📊 What You’ll See in the Dashboard
The top section of the dashboard displays key metrics related to point accumulation and redemption:
🪙 Points Earned
Displays the total number of points awarded to users during the selected timeframe.
By Source (Earned Points)
Breaks down points earned by source
Recognitions
Add-ons
Milestones
Campaigns
Top Earners
Lists the users who have earned the most points during the selected timeframe.
🎁 Points Spent
Displays the total number of points spent on rewards during the selected timeframe.
Top Spenders
Lists the users who spent the most points on rewards.
⚖️ Net Points Balance
Shows the total number of unspent points currently available across all active and pending users.
Note: This value is not tied to the selected timeframe and reflects the current live balance.
Top Point Holders
Lists the users who currently have the highest spending point balances.
📄 Report: Points Earned
The bottom of the dashboard displays the Points Earned report, which lists all point-earning transactions during the selected timeframe.
Each entry includes:
Recipient's name, status, role, job title, ID and team(s)
Sender's name
Date of the transaction
Number of points awarded
Reason (Recognition, Add-on, Milestone, Campaign)
Description (Milestone or campaign's name)
You can filter this report or export it for deeper analysis.
❓FAQs
Does the Net Points Balance change with the timeframe?
No. It reflects the current total of unspent points for active users.
Are points from all sources included in the earned total?
Yes. Points earned from recognitions, add-ons, milestones, and campaigns are included.
Can I export the Points Earned report?
Yes, the report can be exported in CSV or XLS format.
