The Qarrot for Zoom app allows your employees to enjoy the full set of features available with Qarrot from your Zoom account. This includes the ability to send recognitions to coworkers, to receive birthday, work anniversary, and service awards, to participate in objective-based incentive campaigns, to view your Qarrot social feed, and more.
Note: The ability to redeem for rewards is not available in Zoom. Accordingly, users can log in to their account at app.qarrot.com to access our rewards catalog.

Before installing the Qarrot app for Zoom
Before you can add Qarrot to your Zoom account, your organization must first sign up for Qarrot and have an active account. You can either sign up for a 30-day free trial here. Or you can contact us at [email protected] to begin a subscription.
How to install the Qarrot app for Zoom
1. Log into your Super Admin account and go to Manage > Settings > Integrations before scrolling down to the Apps section, and click 'Add to Zoom':
2. Click 'Allow' to add the Qarrot app to Zoom:
3. Click 'Open zoom.us' on the dialog shown by your browser or click Launch Zoom:
That's it! The app is now installed and appears in the Apps list in the left navigation panel of your Zoom Chat.
How to remove the Qarrot app for Zoom
If you wish to remove Qarrot from your Zoom account, follow these steps:
Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "Qarrot" app.
Click the "Qarrot" app.
Click Remove.
To terminate your monthly subscription with Qarrot, simply contact your customer success coach and specify your termination date. If you're on an annual or multi-year subscription, please consult your subscription agreement for your termination rights under your contract.
