Understand the Logins Dashboard for program administrators and team leads

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Who can use this dashboard?

  • Administrators can view login and activity data for all users

  • Team leads can view data for their own team members

The Logins Dashboard helps track employee access, activation status, and participation in your Qarrot program.

📊 What You’ll See in the Dashboard

The top section of the dashboard displays key login and activation metrics:

🔄 Logins

Shows the total number of logins during the selected timeframe.

Note: Only new login events are counted. If a user remains logged in across days, that session is not re-counted.

📈 Login Chart

A chart comparing login activity between the selected timeframe and the previous one.

  • Solid bars show the current timeframe

  • Line graph shows the previous timeframe

  • Click any data point to view login counts for that day

👥 Recent Logins

Lists recent login events by user and date.

📊 Activation Rate

Displays the percentage of Active accounts compared to the total of Active + Pending accounts.

Pending Accounts

Shows the number of accounts that are still Pending.

Pending accounts are users who have been invited to Qarrot but have not yet activated their accounts by setting a password.

📉 Participation Rate

Percentage of employees who interacted with your Qarrot program during the selected timeframe.

🚫 Idle Accounts

Displays the number of users who have not engaged with the program during the selected timeframe, alongside the total number of registered users.

What counts as interaction?
Sending a recognition, contributing to a campaign, commenting or liking a social feed post, redeeming a reward, or making an announcement.

Not included: Admin actions or simply logging in.

📄 Report: User Participation

The bottom of the dashboard displays the Participation report (formerly known as the "Employee Engagement" report), which summarizes participation and login activity for all employees during the selected timeframe.

Each entry includes:

  • User's name, account status, role, job title, ID and teams

  • Date the user was added to Qarrot

  • Total number of logins

  • Participation indicators

This report helps identify users who are active, idle, or yet to activate their accounts.
