Understanding dashboards for program administrators and team leads

Updated over a week ago

Dashboards provide detailed information about employee participation in your recognition program. Administrators can view participation data for all employees. Team leads can view participation data for their team members.

As displayed in the left-hand menu, dashboards are grouped into the following categories:

  • Recognition and engagement

  • Performance and achievements

  • Points

  • Rewards and redemptions

Each category includes one or more dashboards related to its theme. For example, the ‘Points’ category includes dashboards for ‘Giving points’ and ‘Spending points’.

Each dashboard includes the following features:

  • Specific teams - This selector allows you to choose the team(s) for which you’d like to see data. If not selected, the default is all employees (or if you’re a team lead, then all employees that are members of your team(s).

  • Timeframe selector - This selector allows you to choose the timeframe or date range for which you’d like to see data. The default is always ‘Last 7 days’. However, you can easily select any other predefined timeframe.

  • Insights and statistics - Each dashboard displays different summarized data in the form of a card, a chart or graph, or as specific insights or sometimes a combination of these. The timeframe selected will determine the data that is summarized in this section of the dashboard.

  • Report - Each dashboard displays a report with information relevant to its theme. These reports are consistent with those in the previous version of the Qarrot ‘Dashboard’, in which administrators could select ‘Create report’. For example, the ‘Rewards and costs’ dashboard includes the ‘Rewards redeemed’ report, which displays all redemptions for the timeframe and users selected.

Each Report also displays the following buttons:

  • Go to full report - Redirects you to the full report in the Reports section. In all cases, the data fields contained in the report are the same. However, you have additional options in the Reports section to customize your data range and to filter reports.

  • Export - Allows you to export the report data in either CSV or XLS format.
