📊 Understanding Dashboards
What are Dashboards?
Dashboards provide a visual summary of user participation in your recognition program.
Administrators can view data for all users.
Team leads can view data for their own team(s).
📁 Dashboard Categories
Dashboards are grouped into four categories, shown in the left-hand menu:
Recognition and Engagement
Performance and Achievements
Points
Rewards and Redemptions
Each category includes one or more dashboards specific to that theme.
Example: The Points category includes dashboards for Giving Points and Spending Points.
🧰 Dashboard Features
Each dashboard includes the following tools and features:
👥 Team Selector
Choose which team(s) to include in the dashboard view.
Default:
For Admins: all users
For Team Leads: their assigned teams
⏱ Timeframe Selector
Select the time period you want to view.
Default: Last 7 days
Options: Predefined ranges or click 'Go to full report' to select a custom date range.
📈 Insights and Statistics
Each dashboard summarizes data using:
Data cards
Charts or graphs
Specific insight boxes
Or a combination of the above
Displayed data is based on the selected timeframe and selected teams.
📄 Quick Report View
Each dashboard includes a related Report that shows detailed, transaction-level data based on the dashboard theme.
Example:
The Rewards and Redemptions dashboard includes the Rewards Redeemed report, showing all redemptions within the selected timeframe and team filters.
🧾 Report Actions
Every embedded report includes two key buttons:
🔗 Go to Full Report
Opens the full report in the Reports section
Includes the same data fields
Provides more options for customizing the timeframe and applying advanced filters
📤 Export
Export the report data in CSV or XLS format
Available for both full and filtered views

Can team leads see dashboards for the whole company?
No, they can only see data for their assigned team(s).
Is the dashboard report the same as the full report?
Yes, but the full report includes extra tools for filtering and customizing the view.
Can I export data from a dashboard report?
Yes, you can export data directly from the dashboard in CSV or XLS format.
