Why can't I log into my new account?

Having trouble logging in? Here are the 3 common culprits

If you are having trouble logging into your new Qarrot account, please first check the following:

1. Did you verify your email?

When your Program Administrator added you to Qarrot, we sent you an account activation email ("Welcome! Let's activate your new Qarrot account"). 

By clicking the 'Create Password' button in the email, your account will be activated and you'll be redirected to our create password form.

If you missed this step and tried creating your password by using the 'Forgot password' link on the login page, your account won't yet be active and you won't be able to sign-in.

Note: If you can't retrieve the account activation email we sent you (make sure to check your spam folder), ask a program administrator to resend it to you. You can refer the administrator to this article: Resend activation email

2. Did you change your password?

It sounds silly, but often people forget that they've changed their password. If you think this happened to you, simply change it again using the 'Forgot password' link on the login page.

3. Has your account been deactivated?

If you recently left your company (where you were participating in Qarrot), the Program Administrator may have deactivated your account. This will prevent you from logging in.

Don't worry, your account can be reactivated anytime by the Program Administrator should they decide to do so.
