Same-person recognition limit

Set a limit for the number of times one user can recognize another every month

The same-person recognition limit is the maximum number of times 'Employee A' can recognize 'Employee B' each calendar month. The purpose of the same-person recognition limit is to safeguard against any potential favoritism amongst users and ensure that everyone is recognized for wins both big and small.

As a Super Admin you have the ability to set the Recognition limit:

1. In your menu, go to Manage > Settings > Recognitions

Note: Ensure that you have Peer to Peer Recognition enabled

2. Under 'Set same-person monthly recognition limit', use the +/ - selectors to set your same-person recognition limit:

3. Once you have decided on a same-person recognition limit, click Save at the bottom of your screen.

Note: The recognition limit doesn't apply to Admins, and it doesn't apply to the recognitions Team Leaders send to their Team Members.
