There are two ways you can reset your Qarrot password.

You can reset your password any time by clicking the 'Forgot password' link on the login page.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Enter your email address (the same that you have in your Qarrot account)

2. When you receive the password reset email, click on the link 

3. When you arrive on the password reset form, enter your new password and then click 'Submit New Password'

You can also reset your password through your profile portal.

1. Access your profile tab by clicking on your profile avatar in the top right-hand corner

2. Underneath General Information, click Change Password

3. A password reset form will be sent to your email, click the link

4. When you arrive on the password reset form, enter your new password and then click 'Submit New Password' 

Regardless of the reset option you choose, your new password will be effective immediately. You can go to the login page right away and sign in using it.
