Here are a few instances where you may receive email notifications from Qarrot ;
General notifications
You have been recognized by a colleague. The email will let you know of any awards/badges earned and direct you to the recognition post in your Qarrot account to view its details.
You are mentioned in a comment. This email will let you know when somebody mentioned your name in a comment on a feed's post.
You are the recipient of an announcement. The email will let you know when someone posted an announcement to the feed and direct you to the corresponding announcement post to view its details.
You are celebrating a milestone. The email will let you know of any awards earned for a work anniversary, years of service or birthday, and direct you to the milestone post in your Qarrot account to view its details.
You have redeemed points for an award from the Qarrot catalog. If you have chosen a digital gift card, it will automatically be sent to your email address. If you opted for a company-provided reward, Qarrot alerts the designated contact(s) in charge of your reward's fulfillment. You can view a detailed receipt of all previous rewards redeemed from the Rewards page, then select Purchases.
You are a participant in a campaign, in which case you will receive email notifications for the following reasons;
Before the campaign begins (24 hours and 30 minutes before the campaign starts)
One day before the campaign finishes (to remind you to update your campaign results)
When the campaign has finished
When you win an award from a campaign
7. You have reset your password. This email will include a link redirecting you to the Qarrot login page where you can create a new password.
Note: As always, it's a good idea to verify that the Qarrot emails don't land in your spam box - you never know who may be recognizing you and your achievements!
Team Leaders notifications
You are the manager of a campaign, in which case you will receive email notifications when your campaign starts, ends, and when you need to review any pending results.
A team member celebrates a milestone. This email will let you know when one of your team members celebrates a work anniversary, years of service or birthday, and direct you to the corresponding milestone post on the feed.
Admins notifications:
A person celebrates a milestone. This email will let you know when a person celebrates a work anniversary, years of service or birthday, and direct you to the corresponding milestone post on the feed.
A post has been reported. This email will let you know when someone reported a post on the feed and direct you to the corresponding post on the Manage > Reported posts page in your admin account.
Your reward funding balance is running low. This email will let you know when the funding balance in your program runs below $500.
