Each individual point in Qarrot is worth a dollar value (USD) when redeemed for rewards - this is known as the point value. As a Super Admin, you have the ability to change the point value as you see appropriate.

Follow these steps to change your point value:

1. From Manage > Settings > Points

3. Select one of six different point values

Note: As point value is changed, so will the number of points required to redeem gift cards from your reward catalog.

The point value is based on USD or CAD. If your organization operates in a different currency, the points required to redeem an award will vary as it is based on the current exchange rate to USD.
