Learn how to redeem your spending points for rewards

When you earn points from being recognized, for achieving campaign goals, or for hitting milestones such as work anniversaries, you can redeem them for rewards right in Qarrot.

Points you can spend on rewards are called Spending points and will show in your account on the left-hand side of the Home page:

To redeem your Spending points, simply go to Rewards and follow these steps:

1. Select the rewards type (e.g. gift cards)

Note: Depending on whether your organization has added its own rewards, you may be able to choose from 'Gift Cards', 'Donations', and 'Company-Provided' rewards.

2. Click the 'Buy' button on the reward you want to order.

3. Select the value, if applicable (e.g. $25)

Important: You have to have enough Spending points to redeem the reward you have chosen. You cannot use Giving points for reward redemption.

4. Read and agree to the reward's terms and conditions

5. Click 'Buy' to confirm your purchase.

Note: in some regions, gift card rewards may not be fulfilled instantly. If you see the message below before placing your reward order, then it can take up to 10 business days before receiving your gift card by email.

When you pick a company-provided reward, you also receive a reward confirmation email and the person in charge of the reward fulfillment who has been notified of your order will communicate directly with you.

6. To see the details of the rewards you've already redeemed, head to Purchases.

Note: If you receive the error message "3018: You cannot redeem this reward at the moment, please contact a program admin.", it means that the funding level in your company account is too low to allow your reward order. You can either try a smaller card denomination or contact your program administrator to let them know there are not enough funds in their account for you to order a gift card.
