Before you start
Points you earn from recognitions, campaigns, and milestones are called Spending points. They appear on the left side of your Home page. You cannot use Giving points for redemptions.
How to redeem
Go to Rewards in the top navigation bar:
Choose a reward category (see options below)
Select a value or quantity if prompted
Review and agree to the terms and conditions, then click Buy to confirm
Note: You need enough Spending points to complete your order. If you don't have enough, try a lower denomination.
Reward categories
🎁 Gift Cards
Choose from hundreds of digital gift cards across multiple brands and countries.
Note: In some regions, gift card rewards may not be fulfilled instantly. If you see the message below before placing your reward order, then it can take up to 10 business days before receiving your gift card by email.
🏆 Custom Rewards
Custom rewards set up by your organization — such as swag, experiences, or extra time off. You'll receive a confirmation email, and the fulfillment contact will reach out directly to coordinate next steps to provide the reward to you.
🛍️ Amazon Merchandise (U.S. only)
Redeem your points for physical products from Amazon — electronics, home goods, and more.
To browse Amazon products:
Click the Amazon tab in the Rewards section
Enter your U.S. delivery address (including ZIP code) and phone number
Browse by search, category, or trending products
Select a product, choose your quantity, and review the point cost
Click Buy to confirm
A few things to keep in mind:
A valid U.S. address is required before you can browse
Point costs are calculated in real time based on price, taxes, and any applicable eco fees
Products shown are filtered to your location to avoid checkout issues
Your address is saved for the session but can be updated at any time
⚠️ Amazon orders are final — they cannot be canceled or exchanged once confirmed, so make sure to review your order carefully before clicking 'Buy'
Tracking your orders
Common issues
Error 3018? Your company account may have insufficient funds. Try a smaller denomination or contact your program administrator.
Amazon products not showing? Make sure you've entered a valid U.S. delivery address. Amazon Merchandise is currently only available to U.S.-based users.
