To start using Qarrot in Teams, your administrators must make the app available for your organization in the Teams admin center.
If the app is installed organization-wide but you don't see it in your left-hand taskbar in Teams, here's how to find the Qarrot app and pin it to your taskbar.
Send a recognition in Teams
To send a recognition in Teams, follow these steps:
After logging in, click 'Recognize' on the upper left corner of the Home page:
2. A form will pop up asking for the following information. Simply fill it out to recognize someone:
'Who do you want to recognize today?'
Select the people you want to send this recognition to.
Note: Sending a recognition to multiple recipients is not possible in the Teams mobile app (the multi-recognition feature is only available on the Teams web and desktop apps), you must recognize one person at a time.
'What do you want to tell them?'
Let the recipient(s) know why you're recognizing them.
'What badge best illustrates this recognition'
Find a company value badge that fits the occasion (if applicable).
'Add points'
Enter the point amount you'd like to give to each recipient (if applicable).
Click 'Send' 🎉
3. You can view the recognition you just sent on the Feed:
