A feature for employees to recognize their coworkers' achievements

If your program administrator has enabled the Peer-to-Peer Recognition feature, employees have the ability to recognize any colleagues right from the Home page.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to 'Recognize' near the top of the Home page.

2. Click on the 'Select recipients' button under 'Who do you want to recognize today?' and enter the first few letters of the team member's name(s).

3. Enter a personal message.

4. Select the badge you wish to use. Be sure to select the badge that best reflects the reason for your recognition.

5. Add points to your recognition, if you have Giving Points available.

Then, send your recognition. It will be sent immediately to the recipient by email and be posted to the Social Feed.
