If your program administrator has enabled Peer-to-Peer Recognition, you can recognize your colleagues directly from the Home page. Recognitions help celebrate great work, reinforce company values, and make appreciation visible across your organization.
Send a recognition
Follow these steps to recognize a coworker:
1. Open the Recognize page
From the Home page, click Recognize.
On mobile, click the 'Recognize' icon in the top-right corner:
2. Select the recipient(s)
Under Who do you want to recognize today?, click Select recipients. Start typing the first few letters of your colleague's name, then select one or more recipients from the list.
Note: If you can't select the person you'd like to recognize, you may have reached the maximum number of recognitions you can send to that individual for the current month. This monthly recognition limit is configured by the Super Admin in Settings.
3. Write a meaningful recognition message
Enter a personal message describing what the recipient did and why it deserves recognition. Specific, thoughtful messages make recognition more impactful and meaningful.
If your organization has Qoach enabled, you'll also see AI-powered writing assistance while composing your message. Qoach is a recognition coach that helps you craft more meaningful, authentic recognition by suggesting ways to make your message more specific, engaging, and aligned with your organization's values.
Note: Qoach is available only if it has been enabled by your organization's Super Admin. Once enabled, it becomes available to all users when sending recognitions.
4. Choose a badge
Select the badge that best represents the reason for your recognition. Choosing the most appropriate badge helps reinforce the behaviors and values your organization wants to celebrate.
Some badges may have a point value assigned by your program administrator. If you select one of these badges, you must have enough Giving Points available to cover the badge's point value before you can send the recognition.
5. Add points (optional)
If you have Giving Points available, you can include points with your recognition.
6. Send your recognition
Review your recognition, then click Send.
If your program administrator has enabled Private Recognition, you'll also have the option to send your recognition privately. When a recognition is sent privately, it is visible only to you (the sender) and the recipient. It will not appear in the Social Feed for other users.
Your recognition is sent immediately to the recipient by email and is also posted to the Social Feed, where others can celebrate their achievement.
If you need to update the recognition message after sending it, locate the recognition post in the Social Feed, click the three-dot icon, and select Edit your recognition to modify the message:
