Learn how to manage the gift cards available as rewards in your Qarrot account

Updated over a week ago

This article is for Admins.

By default, Qarrot provides you with a wide range of digital gift cards from leading brands from over 40 countries. However, you can curate which gift cards you wish to include or deactivate them altogether.

Note: If your organization only has employees in the USA, you will only see US-based gift cards. The same applies to organizations with employees only in Canada. For organizations with employees in any other country or multiple countries, your account will include gift cards from the full range of countries available.

Curate your available gift card rewards

From Manage > Catalog, select 'Gift cards' from the left-hand menu. Per the note above, you may see the country selector at the top right of the page. If this is the case, you can select the country for which you'd like to view the available gift cards.

To curate the list of available gift cards, you have several options:

1) Disable gift cards for {country}: This option is above the list of gift cards. Select one or more countries for which you would like to disable all available gift cards.

2) Disable selected gift cards: To the left of each gift card brand is a small 'pill' slider. Simply set it to 'disabled' for any brands you don't wish to appear in your catalog.

3) Disable all gift cards: For organizations that don't wish to include rewards within their program or that only wish to offer their own custom rewards, the option to disable all gift cards is available. This option is visible when you first navigate to 'Gift cards' from Manage > Rewards.

Curate your available gift card denominations

If you'd like to modify the available denominations for any given gift card, follow these steps:

1) Select the gift card brand.

2) On the right-hand side of the page, you will see the available denominations. Simply disable any you don't wish to include.
