When users redeem points for a reward, they can provide a note or a document related to their orders under My Rewards > Redemption History.
The notes and documents related to the reward orders can be found under Manage > Redemptions.
On this page, you'll find:
1. The orderer's name
2. The reward ordered
3. The type of reward ordered (Gift card or Company-provided)
4. The value of the order in local currency
5. The number of points redeemed
6. The date of the order
Click the two symbols to view the additional information provided by the employee:
Note: If a symbol appears greyed out, it means the employee hasn't provided this information yet.
