When users redeem points for a reward, they can provide a note or a document related to their orders under Rewards > Purchases.
The notes and documents related to the reward orders are accessible to admins under Manage > Redemptions.
On this page, you'll find:
The orderer's name
The date and time of the order
The name of the reward ordered
The type of reward ordered (Gift card, donation or custom)
The value of the order in local currency
The number of points redeemed
The transaction ID
The note attached (if any)
The document(s) attached (if any)
Click the two symbols to view the additional information (attachments or notes) provided by the reward recipient:
Note: If a symbol appears greyed out, it means the employee hasn't provided this information yet.
