Depending on how your organization has set up Qarrot, you may be able to recognize your colleagues, earn points and badges, participate in campaigns, interact with your team’s recognition feed, and redeem your points for rewards.

Recognition is at the heart of Qarrot. You can celebrate colleagues for their contributions, achievements, or simply for doing something worth recognizing.

If your organization uses points and rewards, the points you earn can be accumulated and redeemed for available rewards.

To explore your options, head to My Rewards in Qarrot. The rewards available to you will depend on the catalog set up by your organization and may include gift cards, Amazon products, or other custom reward options.

Once you’ve earned enough points, simply select an available reward and follow the steps to redeem it.
